Privacy Policy

Sol Health Insurance (“Sol,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides this notice to explain how information is handled when you visit this website or submit an inquiry. Separate notices may apply when you apply for or purchase an insurance product through an insurer, Marketplace, or other service.

Information collected

When you request help, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional telephone number, ZIP code, coverage interests, and message. We also keep records of communications related to your request.

Website hosting and security services may generate technical records, such as an IP address, browser information, pages requested, and access times. Cookies or similar technologies may support website operation, security, and form functionality.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment information, medical records, detailed diagnoses, or other sensitive information in the general contact form. If an application requires additional information, use the process provided for that application.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to inquiries, understand the coverage assistance requested, communicate about that request, operate and protect the website, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations.

Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in insurance or automatically subscribe you to a marketing text program.

Information disclosures

People working on your inquiry and service providers supporting website hosting, form storage, communications, or security may have access to information needed for those functions.

If you ask us to help with a particular insurance application or service, information may be provided to the insurer, Marketplace, or other organization involved in that requested process. Their own privacy notices govern information they receive and handle.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law, in response to a valid legal process, or as reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, or the protection of legal rights.

Cookies and external websites

You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some technologies may affect website features. Links to insurer websites, government resources, and other third-party services take you to sites with their own privacy practices. Review the applicable notice before providing information there.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, the status of your inquiry or relationship with Sol, applicable recordkeeping requirements, and the need to resolve disputes or maintain security.

We take measures to protect information from unauthorized access, use, and disclosure. No website, transmission method, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask about information you have provided, request a correction or deletion, or tell us that you no longer wish to receive follow-up about your inquiry. Some information may need to be retained for legal or other permitted purposes.

Use the Contact page and choose “Privacy request.” Describe your request and provide an email address for our response. Do not send identification documents or sensitive information unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling certain requests.
